Mr. Seki advises Japanese and international clients with respect to their banking & finance transactions, including project/structured finance, and securitization. He also has substantial experience on real estate transactions (including sale & purchase, funding arrangements, and dispute resolution.).
Prior to practicing law, he worked as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs (Japan) Corp., and S.G.Warburg Securities., and as director/general counsel at GE Fleet Services.
